Warranty Period
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Any quality related issues with the products sold by KEZIHOME are covered by a 12-month warranty period.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover the following:
Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or accidents.
Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to misuse or improper use.
Normal wear and tear resulting from daily use of the product
Products that have exceeded the warranty period.
Product loss or theft.
Warranty Claims Requirement
To process a warranty claim, please provide:
Proof of purchase, such as order number (preferred), or sales invoice.
A detailed explanation of the product issue, supported by photos or videos clearly showing the problem.
If requested, return the product for inspection.

Additional Warranty Terms
Warranty valid only in the country of purchase.
Coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
KEZIHOME’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of case, not device.
We are not responsible for any damage to your device or data loss.
