At this time, our products are only available for purchase and shipping within the United States. We do not offer shipping services to any other countries or overseas regions for the time being.
Order Processing
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. If you haven’t received a shipping notification within 3 business days of placing an order, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there by mistake.
Your order will typically ship from the warehouse closest to your location. If the item is out of stock there, we will ship from an alternate warehouse to avoid delays.
Changing Your Shipping Address
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, so please carefully confirm your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice a mistake in your address, kindly reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to modify the shipping address.
If you request an order cancellation beyond the 24 hours and your order has already been processed or shipped, please reject the package when the package arrives, otherwise you will be liable for any applicable return shipping fees.
